Asked a lot

Straight answers.

Q-01What areas do you service?

Primarily Ladner, Tsawwassen and South Surrey. Outside those? Call — if I can fit you in, I will.

Q-02Are you licensed and insured?

Red Seal certified plumber, licensed gasfitter, fully insured.

Q-03Do you do emergencies?

24/7, including holidays. Burst pipe or major leak: call (778) 995-5951 immediately.

Q-04How fast can you come?

Routine calls book within 1–2 business days. Emergencies get priority, often within hours depending on severity and the day’s schedule.

Q-05Weekends and holidays?

Emergency service runs 7 days a week including holidays. Non-emergency weekend work may carry an extra charge.

Q-06Are the price-book numbers quotes?

No — they’re researched Metro Vancouver market ranges so you know the stakes before you call. Your exact number is confirmed before work starts.

Q-07Gas lines and appliances?

Yes — installation, repair and maintenance for furnaces, hot water tanks, fireplaces and BBQ connections, with proper permits and safety inspections.

Q-08How do I prep for the visit?

Clear the area around the problem, make sure I can reach the panel and the main water shut-off, and dig out any warranty papers.

Q-09My toilet keeps running — serious?

Usually a flapper or float. Sometimes more. If you’re not sure, have me look before it wastes a month of water.

Q-10Frozen pipe prevention?

Insulate exposed runs in basements and crawl spaces; in a cold snap, let a faucet drip. Already burst? Shut off the main and call.

Q-11Heat pump acting up?

They lose efficiency in real cold. Clear the outdoor unit of debris and ice first; if it persists, I’ll diagnose it.

Q-12Hard water out here?

Delta’s water is decent, but some pockets scale up fixtures and tanks. I can test and spec a softener or filtration if it’s worth it.

Don’t gamble with it.

Leaks get bigger. Call now or open a work order — either way, you get me.
